Estimates and Payment

. Free Consultation: The first discussion and an initial cost estimate are free because we believe it’s essential to get to know you and understand your ideas without obligation. You can also send us images or sketches to help us visualize and refine your requests.

. Preview (optional): If you prefer to review every detail calmly, the preview provides a clear look at your future piece. This step requires a €50 non-refundable deposit, allowing you to appreciate the design before proceeding.

. Estimate: After the preview, you will receive a final estimate detailing the exact cost of creating your jewelry, based on the materials and complexity of the project.

. Balance: Once the estimate is approved, the project will be added to the commission list only after full payment is received. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and card payments.

Note: Any work, from the preview to the realization, will only be approved and scheduled once the balance is available.

Pricing

The minimum cost for a custom piece is approximately €100-150, but the price may vary significantly depending on the complexity, materials chosen, and time required. Custom work typically starts at a higher price range compared to the pieces on our website, as they involve creating a completely new and tailored design.

Timelines

The creation time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks but may extend depending on the project’s complexity or the order queue. We will keep you informed throughout the initial consultation phase to ensure you’re always up-to-date on your order’s status. Particularly complex projects may require additional time, but we will work together to meet your needs while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Shipping

We offer insured shipping for up to €1000 at a cost of €30. To request this, please inform us before completing the payment. Every shipment is handled with utmost care to protect your creation, ensuring it arrives intact and radiant wherever you are.
