Our creative process

Every commission is a project that has never existed before. We don't start from predefined templates or standard solutions: we start from you, from what you have in mind, even if it's still vague, even if it's just an emotion without a precise shape.

We love ambitious requests because they push us to learn, experiment, and find paths we haven't taken before. Our approach combines craft and vision: when an idea runs into a limitation — technical, structural, or material — we don't stop there. We look for the alternative that preserves its soul, that keeps intact what made you think I want exactly this.

That's the kind of work that makes us want to get to the bench.

How a commission works

Everything starts with a conversation, and the first one is always free.
Tell us about your idea, even just in broad strokes. You can share images, sketches, visual references, or just words: anything helps us understand what you have in mind and figure out the right direction together, with no commitment.

From there, the process works like this:

. 3D Preview
For every commission we develop a three-dimensional render of your piece: you'll be able to see exactly what your creation will look like before it even exists physically. For projects with a specific visual identity, this step makes a real difference.
It costs €50 per piece, non-refundable, and is deducted from the final balance.

. Final quote
The exact quote is only provided once the design is complete. With an approved design we can calculate volumes, material quantities and working hours with precision, which makes the final estimate far more reliable than any indicative figure given upfront.

. Payment and queue placement
Payment is by bank transfer.
A project is added to the commission queue only once the payment has actually cleared.

Pricing

The minimum cost for a custom commission is around €100–150, but the final figure can vary significantly depending on complexity, materials, and time required. Custom work generally starts at a higher price point than the pieces already on the site, because every project is built from scratch around your vision.

Engravings are always included in the price.
If you need to measure a ring size, a ring sizer and mandrel are available on request, we'll send them to you free of charge.

Turnaround time

Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, but may take longer depending on the complexity of the project or the current commission queue. We'll keep you updated from the very first conversation, and if your project has specific timing needs, we'll let you know upfront, before anything moves forward.
