Shipping policy
We ship our jewellery with GLS, the courier we normally work with. Where necessary, for specific logistical or destination requirements, we may use different couriers so as to give you the best combination of speed and reliability all the same.
Within Italy
- Standard shipping — €10, 1–2 working days. Up to €250.
- Insured shipping — €20, 1–2 working days. Always available; above €250 we always use it.
Within the European Union
- Standard shipping — €22, 3–6 working days. Up to €250.
- Insured shipping — €32, 3–5 working days. Always available; above €250 we always use it.
Outside the European Union
Write to us: we'll look at whether shipping is feasible and give you a dedicated quote.
High-value orders
For orders above €2,500, shipping is exclusively by dedicated valuables transport, subject to quotation. We'll ask you for the recipient's tax code or VAT number, and the person named (or an authorised proxy) must be present at handover, carrying identity documents. The parcel cannot be left with third parties, with a concierge or at a collection point.
Hard-to-reach destinations
For mountain areas, smaller islands or places couriers serve poorly, times and costs can vary. If your address falls into one of these cases we'll tell you before shipping: you can accept any surcharge or cancel the order for a full refund.
