All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs and any other material, is the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors, except where otherwise specified. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or use of the content on the site is prohibited.

The foregoing does not apply to detailed and defined projects provided by the User, in relation to which the Owner acts merely as executor, as set out in section 6.5, letter b), of the Terms and Conditions.

Any Exclusivity agreed under section 6.5, letter c), of the Terms and Conditions constitutes a contractual undertaking by the Owner and does not confer on the User any industrial property right, any registration of a design or model, nor any copyright in the design.

3. Operation of the site

The Owner does not warrant that the site will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults, nor does it accept liability for any damage arising from the inability to access it, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

No provision of this Legal notice limits or excludes the rights that the law grants to Users acting as Consumers. In particular, the legal guarantee of conformity set out in section 4.1 and the additional commercial guarantee set out in section 4.2 of the Terms and Conditions remain unaffected, as does the Owner's liability for the risk of loss of or damage to the goods during transport set out in section 2.8A.

The limitations of liability set out in section 5 of the Terms and Conditions concern exclusively Australian and United States Users and do not apply to European Users.

6. Venue of jurisdiction and governing law

Relations between the Owner and the User are governed by Italian law. It remains understood that, where the law of the country in which the User is located provides for a higher level of consumer protection, that higher level of protection prevails.

For disputes with Users who do not act as Consumers, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.

For disputes with Consumers resident or domiciled in Italy, jurisdiction lies mandatorily with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. For Consumers domiciled in other States, the mandatory rules on jurisdiction provided for by the law of the country of domicile remain unaffected.

Before turning to the courts, the User is invited to contact the Owner in an attempt at an amicable settlement. The Consumer may also make use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures as set out in section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to this Legal notice

The Owner reserves the right to modify this Legal notice at any time, giving notice by publication on the site. Users are invited to consult this page regularly.

Contracts already concluded are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was submitted, as set out in section 6.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
